An opening to the ancestral teachings to regenerate oneself and become more aware of one’s own functioning. A journey to learn how to use these tools in everyday life, independently.

Deconditioning of the body-mind patterns

For millennia, Ayurveda has observed that the body and mind are not two separate entities but function as a united whole. The body is a physical and tangible extension of the mind which is an intangible mechanism. Thus the body translates, in its own language, emotions-patterns-educations- programs that are in action at the mental level and of which we are not aware most of the time

How to know oneself beyond the automatic habits of the mind that have been in place within us for so many years, transmitted and supported by our education and the current external constraints in our lives (family, work, schedules, activities)?

Starting from a physical manifestation (a message from the body or a situation that repeats itself), the space of individual sessions that we offer allow to highlight and visit these habits, to gradually lighten them or harmonize them in your daily life, at your own pace

Ayurveda is the greatest meditation that exists, that of every moment, through the body, thoughts and our environment, wherever we are. It is a journey of honesty and truth towards oneself

Our Ayurveda practitioners are specially trained to share the keys of understanding handed down for millennia in the tradition of Vedic Psychology

The sessions take place in person or online for a duration of 1h30 each; use the registration module below and you will then be contacted by email to adjust your slot
