Autumn & Winter are two seasons of inner exploration
From October 2025 to March 2026, Prem Sitara offers you a cycle of 20 consecutive weeks to explore the Book of Secrets and the 112 techniques transmitted by Shiva to Devi, commented and made accessible to our modern minds by Osho and which have the characteristic of being simple and therefore within everyone’s reach
A group meeting every Thursday evening for 1h30 of exploration of a technique that will be carried in the daily life of each participant for 7 days, with the replay of the session, until the next group meeting where another technique will be discussed and so on
Ideal for approaching meditation for the first time or to explore further if you are familiar with the practice
The ideal is to participate for the entire cycle but we open the possibility of participating for 3 weeks (always in a row) several times if that can be more flexible for you
