Ayurveda & Aromatherapy Day
In collaboration with Olga, an Aromatherapy operator, and Prem Sitara, an Ayurveda therapist, we propose this day in the cute Casa Demetra in Monale (AT) for a time of life and sharing around natural well-being and creativity
A time to rediscover the natural sense of harmony given by Nature through Ayurveda, a holistic Indian tradition, we will explore our physiological constitution of birth and how to harmonize it with a cooking workshop and creation of tailor-made herbal tea
Through Aromatherapy, we will use a simple process for the manufacture of a personal perfume based on essential oils that will work on the harmony between body and soul
You will bring your creations home to bring the effects of what is good for you in your daily life
We will share the lunch and herbal teas created on site, just bring your heart open and simply come as you are!
We await you with the joy of sharing our passion for the gifts of Nature

Meeting for adults at the bookshop
In collaboration with a partner bookshop of heart, Il Salotto di Bea a Nizza Monferrato (Italy), we will discover this holistic Indian tradition, the Ayurveda, which opens our eyes on the Living, who are and who is all around us
These 2h will be an exploration laboratory around a book, to determine the main lines of our physiological constitution in small groups with various playful interaction exercises

Workshop for children at the bookshop
In collaboration with a partner bookshop, Il Salotto di Bea a Nizza Monferrato (Italy), we organize a workshop dedicated to children, to make them discover the powers of everything that is in nature (trees, plants, flowers, vegetable garden, water, earth, fire, air,…) and which constitutes Ayurveda
Through a book that we read together and a manual work of creation, these little creative, cheerful and playful beings will have a good time of exploration and creation in small groups
